Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide onsite school-based therapy in Colorado. You will deliver direct services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans aligned with IEPs while collaborating with educators and families to support student achievement.

The contract runs from November 1 to May 21, 2027 with a flexible 3-day work week and competitive compensation. Colorado OT license and CDE certification are required, with a preference for experience in school

Qualifications

Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license with CDE certification required.
Experience with school-aged children and school-based OT protocols preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration with faculty, students, and families.
Ability to tailor therapy to each child’s educational and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct OT services to students in accordance with IEPs and school standards.
Conduct assessments, write reports, and develop clear, actionable treatment plans.
Collaborate with educators and related service providers to coordinate interventions and classroom supports.
Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliant records as required.
Provide strategies and education to families and staff to reinforce student success.
