Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide onsite school-based therapy in Colorado. You will deliver direct services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans aligned with IEPs while collaborating with educators and families to support student achievement.

The contract runs from November 1 to May 21, 2027 with a flexible 3-day work week and competitive compensation. Colorado OT license and CDE certification are required, with a preference for experience in school

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license with CDE certification required.
• Experience with school-aged children and school-based OT protocols preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with faculty, students, and families.
• Ability to tailor therapy to each child’s educational and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliant records as required.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license for Colorado, with CDE certification required (client will consider candidates who have applied for CDE with verifiable proof)
• Prior experience working with school-aged children and understanding of school-based OT protocols
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with faculty, students, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet each childs educational and developmental needs
