Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for an elementary school program in Longmont, CO. You will conduct evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

Eligible candidates include those with active Colorado OT licensure and CDE Special Service Provider endorsement or the ability to obtain it. School-based experience is preferred but not required; compensation includes benefits and a strong school-year schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Colorado State OT license.
• CDE Certification with Special Service Provider Endorsement (or able to obtain).
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services including evaluations, treatment, and consultation.
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Document progress notes and maintain compliance records in a timely manner.
• Adapt and modify materials and environments to improve student access and participation.
• Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to support carryover of therapy goals.
