Lake Washington School District is seeking an qualified Occupational Therapist for a 0.4 FTE Leave Replacement beginning on or around August 1, 2026 through June 20, 2027. The role provides OT services in student assessment, direct therapy, and supports staff and families with equipment adaptation as part of a multidisciplinary team within the educational system.

Applicants must hold a Washington State ESA certificate with OT endorsement.

Qualifications

• Washington State ESA certificate with Occupational Therapist endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services including student assessment and direct therapy.
• Train and consult with staff, parents, and on equipment fabrication/adaptation to support student function.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments and program evaluations for students.
• Coordinate with medical/community providers on behalf of students and families.
