Job summary

Seattle Public Schools is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support students in school-based settings. The OT will plan and implement treatments based on evaluations, write MDT reports, and contribute to IEPs and progress notes.

Responsibilities include consultations with teachers, parents and medical professionals, equipment management, and attendance at IEP meetings. Candidates should have a BS or MS in Occupational Therapy, hold a Washington OT license, and preferably ESA certification by

• BS or MS in Occupational Therapy required.
• WA Occupational Therapy license required.
• ESA certificate by Sep 1, 2026 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement treatment based on evaluations for eligible students.
• Evaluate and write MDT reports for eligibility or re-evaluations.
• Write IEPS progress notes and treatment plans.
• Consult with teachers, parents and medical professionals.
• Manage equipment and supply maintenance.
• Attend IEP meetings and participate in program improvement.
