Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to deliver school-based therapy to K-12 students in Litchfield, MN. You will develop IEP-aligned programs, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and document progress to meet regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes clinical expertise and compassionate connection, with opportunities for CEU/license reimbursement and ongoing professional development. Minnesota license is required.

Qualifications

• Active occupational therapy license in the state where services are delivered.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver individualized treatment programs for K-12 students based on IEPs or medical plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to set meaningful goals and accommodations.
• Oversee and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Complete annual and triennial reviews in a timely, compliant manner.
• Maintain thorough documentation and detailed progress reports.
