Job summary

EDU-AIDs is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Pittsburgh, PA. This part-time role (about 1.5 days per week) provides on-site therapy to students, supporting functional, academic, and social development within a school setting.

You will evaluate students, create and implement individualized plans, collaborate with teachers and families, and help ensure IEP goals are met.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Pennsylvania OT license
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and support staff

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Adapt classroom activities and environments to meet individual student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the implementation of student goals
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and district requirements
