Job summary

Invo Healthcare in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our school-based services team. The OT will evaluate and treat students, contribute to IEP goals, and collaborate with parents and teachers to enhance classroom participation.

Qualifications

• Holds a master’s degree or doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Active state-level licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in schools is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students to improve access, academics, and independence.
• Participate as an OT on the IEP team for students with OT concerns.
• Build relationships with parents, teachers, and administrators.
• Support goals per child’s educational plan and develop classroom participation plans.
• Provide family training and perform other licensure-appropriate OT duties.
• Ensure all services comply with state laws and regulations.
