Qualifications

• Must hold Current Occupational Therapist License issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
• Knowledge of IEP/504 processes and school-based evaluation procedures.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Administers occupational therapy procedures to meet IEP/504 objectives.
• Assess students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills to guide program eligibility and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Student Support Team and IEP team to determine eligibility and plan services.
• Develop and implement therapy interventions and adapt equipment in collaboration with school staff.
