Ampersand Therapy is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026-2027 school year in Tukwila, Washington. On-site, full-time positions across multiple openings. Start date ASAP. Caseload includes K-12 students up to 30.

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington State OT license.
• Must hold ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate).
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct evaluations and write reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes.
