Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC in Poulsbo, WA is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person role in a K–12 public school setting offers full-time or part-time schedules (M-F for full-time).

The position involves OT services, evaluations, and active participation in IEP meetings. The ideal candidate holds a Washington State OT license; ESA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington State OT license.
• Must hold Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification.
• School-based OT experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct evaluations and write reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes.
