Job summary

STEM School Highlands Ranch seeks a collaborative Occupational Therapist to support students across our K-12 program. The OT will address fine motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional skills, working with special education teams, general education staff, and families to ensure students can engage in learning.

The position requires a Master’s in OT and NBCOT certification, with experience in school settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to determine OT needs and develop IEP goals related to motor, sensory, and functional skills.
• Provide direct and consultative OT services and support independence in school tasks.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodations and strategies.
