Job summary

ProCare Therapy in the Washington, DC area is seeking an occupational therapist for a full-time, onsite school-based contract serving K-12 students. Immediate start available to join a dynamic academic environment focused on student growth and development.

Qualifications

• Active and current OT license is required.
• Prior school setting experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration with teachers, staff and families.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Enthusiastic about serving students of varying ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and deliver individualized OT services to students.
• Develop and implement student-centered therapy plans.
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain clear, accurate records in compliance with school guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning.
• Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff as needed.
