Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited OTA curriculum and NC licensure required.
• Two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fieldwork completion required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapist and other disciplines to ensure patient needs are met within the IEP framework.
• Implement occupational therapy-based interventions based on evaluation results.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to review plans and goals.
• Coordinate with supervising OT to provide classroom programs and adaptations.
• Document therapy services for accountability and billing purposes.
• Maintain records and schedule tasks, ensuring timely reporting and caseload management.
