Job summary

National Heritage Online Academy – North Carolina is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide both direct and consultative OT services for students, 10 hours per week. You will participate in IEP/504 processes and collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy goals into daily routines.

Experience in school-based settings and familiarity with IEPs and Section 504 is preferred. A valid NC OT license is required to practice in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid state occupational therapy licensure is required.
• North Carolina: OT license issued by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect OT services per IEPs and 504 plans.
• Assess fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, and functional skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for service planning.
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions aligned to goals.
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support students.
