Job summary

Total Education Solutions, Inc. (TES) is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services at partner schools in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles.

This part-time role offers approximately 25 hours per week, with scheduling between 8 AM and 5 PM. Join TES to collaborate with school teams and clinicians to support handwriting, fine motor, sensory integration, and daily living skills across school sites, a pediatric clinic, and client homes as needed.

Qualifications

• California state license in Occupational Therapy or as an Occupational Therapist Assistant is required.
• Access to a mobile phone and basic internet connectivity (offsite work if needed).
• Ownership of automobile insurance with at least 25/50k liability for driving a personal vehicle.
• Must clear a current FBI/DOJ background check.
• Must have a current TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services at partner schools and client sites in Los Angeles area.
• Support handwriting, fine motor development, sensory integration and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, behavior specialists and other team members.
• Contribute to structured onboarding and ongoing professional development.

$46 - $55.13/hr*

*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Minimum Requirements:

• License / Certification from the state of California in Occupational Therapy or as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (at least 25/50k liability coverage)
• Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
