Total Education Solutions in San Diego is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic OT team in a full-time role. You will split your time between our pediatric clinic and client homes, delivering engaging, child‑centered therapy.

The ideal candidate holds a California OT license, enjoys collaboration with SLPs, PTs, and behavior specialists, and is committed to growth through mentorship and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• California license in Occupational Therapy (OT) or OT Assistant.
• Access to a mobile phone and internet for offsite work.
• Hold appropriate automobile insurance with 25/50k liability coverage.
• Must clear a current FBI/DOJ background check.
• A current TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in pediatric clinics and client homes.
• Help children develop handwriting, fine motor, and sensory integration skills.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, and behavior specialists.

Occupational Therapist

$49 - $55.13/hr*

*Salary range is contingent upon relevant experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Minimum Requirements:

• License / Certification from the state of California in Occupational Therapy or as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (at least 25/50k liability coverage)
• Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
• A current TB Test
