Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an Advance Practice Clinician to join the School Based Team at the Southwest School and Community Health Center in Harrison, OH. The role focuses on primary care for students and adjacent families.

The position is full-time with hours 7:30am-4:00pm and benefits including health and malpractice insurance, CME allowance, paid vacation, and a 403b with hospital matching.

Qualifications

• 2 years APC experience required with direct patient care and oversight within Primary Care
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform annual physicals, sports physicals, and well-child examinations; diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, injuries, and infections.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans within scope of practice.
• Partner with school based health site representatives to coordinate community engagement and access.
