Pediatric Developmental Services is seeking a School Based Nurse to support student health in our partner schools. You will assess health concerns, administer medications, and coordinate care with families and district staff.

Qualifications

• RN nursing license required and active in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and clinical judgment for student health concerns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and manage chronic conditions according to care plans.
• Develop, update, and oversee individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) and emergency action plans.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and district nursing leadership regarding student health needs.
• Maintain accurate health records, documentation, and compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate care with EMS when needed.
