Job summary

The Family Practice & Counseling Services Network is seeking a School-Based Nurse Practitioner to join Bartram High School in Philadelphia. This role offers Part-Time or Full-Time schedules with 10 or 12 months and on-site work, with an annual salary range of $101,000 to $135,000.

The NP will provide primary and preventive care to students, coordinate with a collaborating physician, and handle billing and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Current RN and APN licenses from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Master's degree. Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• 2-3 years pediatric or family medicine, adolescent health experience.
• School-based health experience preferred.
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in pediatric or family medicine, adolescent health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides primary care and school health services to students.
• Manages acute and chronic conditions.
• Maintains student health records and documentation.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests when appropriate.
• Collaborates with the collaborating physician and health care team.
