FPCSN is seeking a School-based Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services to students at Bartram High School in Philadelphia, PA. The role may be part-time or full-time, with a 10- or 12-month schedule, on-site.

The NP will coordinate care, manage billing/documentation under supervision, and contribute to a high-quality, equitable student health program. Requires PA RN and APN licenses, a Master’s NP degree, and 2–3 years of pediatric/family medicine experience.

Qualificações

• Current RN and APN licenses in Pennsylvania.
• Master’s degree; graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• 2–3 years pediatric or family medicine, adolescent health, or emergency experience.
• School-based health experience preferred.
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in pediatric or family medicine preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides a wide spectrum of primary care services to students. Includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment, referral and follow-up.
• Proficient in management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Updates health records with accurate documentation per policy.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to identify health needs.
• Collaborates with physicians and care team to coordinate services.
