Job summary

Family Health Care is seeking a School-Based Mental Health Therapist (LMSW/LLMSW, LPC/LLPC, LMFT) for Baldwin Middle School in Baldwin, MI. This full-time, year-round role provides behavioral health services to youth in a school setting within an integrated care team.

The position emphasizes prevention, intervention, and coordination of care for ages 5–21, with in-house supervision for those pursuing full licensure and PSLF/loan repayment support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current Michigan licensure as LMSW/LLMSW, LPC/LLPC, or LMFT.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents ages 5–21 in a School-Based Health Center.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Deliver individual and group interventions as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with school staff, medical providers, and families.
