Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a School-Based Therapist to provide mental health services to students within school settings across North Carolina. The role includes diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, and collaboration with school staff and families to support student success.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a human services field and licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field.
• Must be licensed in North Carolina; associate or fully licensed clinicians accepted.
• Experience in school-based therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy in school settings.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success.
• Complete documentation in line with Medicaid and insurance requirements.
• Monitor progress and update crisis plans as needed.
