Pride in North Carolina, LLC, part of SUN Behavioral Health, is seeking a School-Based Therapist to provide mental health services to children within the school setting. The role includes assessments, individual and family therapy, and collaboration with school staff and families to support student success.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a human services field and state licensure (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent) with NC licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field is required.
• Licensure by the State of North Carolina (provisional or full) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess strengths and needs through screening and evaluation.
• Formulate diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy in school settings.
• Complete documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements.
• Monitor progress and update crisis plans as needed.
