Qualifications

• Understanding and agreement with the philosophy and objectives of the PLEA school.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Highly motivated to work with special needs population and their families.
• Strong knowledge of child development, therapeutic interventions, and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changes.
• Maturity, reliability, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional behavioral assessments and develop behavioral health plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions within a classroom setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support social, emotional, and academic development.
• Support continuity of care and tailoring approaches to individual student needs.
