Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a School-Based Therapist to support students’ mental health. You will provide assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and case management, while maintaining confidential clinical documentation.

The role requires a Master’s degree and DC licensure (LPC/LICSW/LGSW/LMFT) with 1–3 years of mental health experience. You will collaborate with Clinical Managers and a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, coordinated services and a strong treatment plan.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed in Washington DC as LPC, LICSW, LGSW, or LMFT.
• 1-3 years Mental Health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and maintain assigned caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Prepare and complete diagnostic and bio-psychological assessments and clinical notes.
• Maintain confidentiality of records relating to treatment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provide 25 or more billable hours per week.
