Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a School-Based Therapist to support students’ mental health. You will provide assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and case management, while maintaining confidential clinical documentation.

The role requires a Master’s degree and DC licensure (LPC/LICSW/LGSW/LMFT) with 1–3 years of mental health experience. You will collaborate with Clinical Managers and a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, coordinated services and a strong treatment plan.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed in Washington DC as LPC, LICSW, LGSW, or LMFT.
• 1-3 years Mental Health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and maintain assigned caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Prepare and complete diagnostic and bio-psychological assessments and clinical notes.
• Maintain confidentiality of records relating to treatment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provide 25 or more billable hours per week.

The School-Based Therapist supports the mental health and well-being of students by providing assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and case management services. This role includes evaluating client needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation, and collaborating with Clinical Managers and multidisciplinary team members. This role is essential to ensuring students receive appropriate, timely, and coordinated mental health services that support their ongoing treatment and well-being.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The statements below are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed in this position.
