Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in Moberly, Missouri is seeking a School-Based Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy to students within the school setting. You will conduct assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.

You will collaborate with school staff and community partners, keep timely documentation, participate in case staffing, and support discharge planning.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
  • Experience in school-based or youth mental health settings.
  • Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students in school settings.
  • Complete intakes, screenings, and psychosocial assessments.
  • Develop and document individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and outcomes.
  • Participate in case staffing, discharge planning, and crisis interventions as needed.
