Liaison at York County Schools (employed by TrueNorth Wellness Services)

Full‑Time, York and Hanover, PA. No holidays or weekends. Summers off.

Pay rate starts at $16.83 per hour and increases with experience.

Candidate must be willing to travel to any school district in York and Adams County.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to elementary, middle and high school SAP teams.
• Attend regular meetings.
• Conduct mental health and substance use assessments and make referrals to appropriate services.
• Provide supportive mental health counseling, including Substance Use Disorder education.
• Run school‑based support and education groups.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field.
• Some experience or knowledge of substance abuse is preferred.
• Requires three clearances and a training certificate: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, FBI fingerprint check and mandated reporting training.
