Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness Services is seeking a Liaison at York County Schools to collaborate with SAP teams in the York and Hanover areas. This full-time position requires attending meetings and coordinating mental health and substance use services for students across multiple districts.

The role demands a Bachelor's degree in a human service field, willingness to travel within York and Adams counties, and completion of required clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human service field.
• Some experience or knowledge of substance abuse preferred.
• Requires three clearances and a training certificate: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, FBI fingerprint check and mandated reporting training.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to elementary, middle and high school SAP teams.
• Attend regular meetings.
• Conduct mental health and substance use assessments and make referrals to appropriate services.
• Provide supportive mental health counseling, including Substance Use Disorder education.
• Run school‑based support and education groups.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay rate starts at $16.83 per hour and increases with experience.
