Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• NYS Professional License in area of study preferred or license eligible.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with students with severe emotional and behavioral issues required.
• Knowledge of educational supports and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, supervision and direct oversight of staff across school districts.
• Monitor program budget and spend down lines and related paperwork.
• Serve as the program liaison with school administration.
• Provide programmatic support including crisis debriefing and training.
• Oversee home visitation, CAFAS tracking, and other key program elements.
• Coordinate with school personnel and mental health professionals for student planning.
• Provide outreach to engage students and families with program philosophy.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting for ICAN and districts.
