Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field with licensure eligibility (LPC, LISW-CP, or LMFT).
• Must qualify for credentialing and privileging per BHDD-Office of Mental Health Quality Management.
• Clinical experience providing direct patient care evidenced by practicum, internship, or post-graduate work.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery oriented counseling and case management in school and community settings.
• Deliver services in clinic, home, or school with patient-centered, collaborative documentation.
• Build relationships with patients, families and partners to improve linkage to services.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and ongoing professional development.
