The Office of Mental Health within the SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities seeks a Mental Health Professional I to support school-based counseling and case management for children and adolescents in Charleston. Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Valid SC driver’s license and may require travel for training.
• Knowledge of Mental Health laws and evidence-based clinical counseling methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling and case management for children/adolescents and families.
• Provide family therapy.
• Deliver direct services as credentialed, maintaining productivity standards.
• Document care to reflect quality service.
• Maintain responsibility for meeting QA standards.
