MINDFUL ALLIANCE COUNSELING LLC is seeking a School-Based Outpatient Counselor to provide one-on-one mental health counseling to students within a school setting during school hours. The role involves clinical assessments, treatment planning, and delivering evidence-based interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

The position requires active PA licensure (LPC/LCSW or PhD/PsyD/LMFT) and experience with children/adolescents.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related clinical field.
• Active Pennsylvania licensure as LPC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD, or LMFT.
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
• Knowledge of child/adolescent development and evidence-based clinical practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a school-based setting with a multidisciplinary team.
• Crisis intervention experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual outpatient counseling sessions to students during school hours.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and behavioral challenges.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student progress.
• Participate in MTSS/IEP/504 meetings as clinically appropriate.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
• Coordinate care with outside providers and community resources.
• Support referral and discharge planning as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and applicable state regulations.
