Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ emotional, behavioral, social, and academic development.

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized service and intervention plans.
• 2
• Collaborate with students, families, teachers, administrators, and community partners to coordinate services and referrals.
• 3
• Connect students and families to community resources and monitor progress through case management and follow-up.
• 4
• Conduct mental health workshops and presentations for students, families, and staff.
• 5
• Advocate for students by addressing academic, behavioral, social, and emotional needs.
• 6
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• 7
• Other duties as assigned.
