Arisa Health, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Professional I for the Cabot Schools in Cabot, AR. This full-time, salaried role supports school-based behavioral health services and reports to the Program Coordinator.

The position runs Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., within Arisa Health’s comprehensive behavioral health system. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in counseling or social work, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related field is required.
• Master's degree in social work or related field is required.
• Experience in behavioral health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess clients for mental health needs and provide individual, family, conjoint, and group therapy.
• Document and maintain accurate case records and clinical information.
• Provide counseling and appraisal to individuals or groups to address personal and educational progress.
