Job summary

Arisa Health, Inc. seeks a Program Coordinator to join our team in Conway, AR. The role provides leadership for the School-based Program serving Conway, Perry, and Faulkner counties and is a full-time exempt position.

Responsibilities include administrative leadership for daily operations, supervising staff, and building relationships with internal and external partners; requires a Masters in Counseling or Social Work and an Arkansas LPC or LCSW license, plus 2+ years in mental health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree requirements in Counseling or related field.
• Hold current Arkansas LPC or LCSW license.
• Minimum of two years in a mental health facility.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership for daily operations.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Participate in appropriate administrative, clinical and external meetings as required.
