Arisa Health is seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional to join our school-based team in Russellville, AR. The role involves providing behavioral health services to children and families within an educational setting and reporting to the Program Manager.

This full-time, on-site position requires a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and strong communication skills. Training, benefits, and a collaborative multidisciplinary environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or a related field preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to multitask.
• Theability to work as part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to persons with mental illness as defined by the treatment plan such as behavioral assistance, child and your support services, crisis stabilization, adult rehabilitative day, life skills development, partial hospitalization, and other support services.
• Function as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicates client progress to team.
• Provides timely and quality documentation of clinical services.
