Job summary

Arisa Health, Inc. in Cabot, AR is seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional to provide individual, family/conjoint and group therapy, assess clients, and maintain accurate case records in a collaborative Behavioral Health setting.

The role reports to the Program Coordinator, requires a Master's in counseling or social work and an Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW or LCSW). It offers full-time, on-site work hours 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work required.
• Current Arkansas license: LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW, or LCSW.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Interview/assess clients for mental health needs and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
• Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups to address personal, social, and educational concerns.
