Invo Healthcare, part of The Stepping Stones Group, is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our Oakland, CA school-based team. You will provide individual and group counseling, complete assessments, and develop treatment plans within a collaborative, school-centered program.

You’ll work with educators and families to support student success, maintain compliant documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Current California license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT)
• Experience providing mental health services to children and adolescents
• School-based experience preferred, but not required

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote emotional regulation, coping skills, and overall well-being
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and community partners to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide mental health initiatives
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state, district, and organizational standards
• Help foster safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments where every student can thrive
