Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, in collaboration with Invo Healthcare, is seeking a Mental Health Professional (MHP) to join our team supporting Charter Schools USA (CSUSA).

You will apply evidence-based mental health counseling methods, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and work closely with parents, teachers, and administrators to promote student well-being and academic success through targeted therapies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or MFT.
• Active state licensure or Licensed Mental Health Counselor intern (LMHC) or similar.
• Experience with children/adolescents preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based mental health counseling methods and techniques.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments.
• Conduct trauma-informed screenings and use CFARS and ACE questionnaires.
• Provide individual and group counseling and classroom support with parental consent.
• Implement CBT, TF-CBT, and Seeking Safety therapies.
• Develop treatment plans with measurable goals and discharge criteria.
• Maintain clinical documentation per policies and compliance.
