Qualifications

• Active WA LPN license and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Consult and collaborate with School staff and families on students’ health.
• Provide nursing services per IEP, including documentation and medication administration.
• Maintain daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEP documentation.
