Job summary
AnthroMed Education, Eagle Point, Oregon, is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with tracheostomy experience for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide direct nursing care for two elementary students, following individual healthcare plans, with district nurse oversight and collaboration with school staff.

Qualifications
- Completion of an approved practical nursing education program.
- Active Oregon LPN license in good standing.
- Prior tracheostomy care experience is required.
- Ability to independently clean, manage, and support a tracheostomy.
- Ability to follow student healthcare plans and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising school nurse.
- Strong collaboration skills and an interest in school-based nursing practice.
Responsibilities
