Qualifications

• Experience with pediatric trach, ventilator, and G-J tube care preferred, training available.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage tracheostomy and ventilator equipment.
• Perform suctioning, oxygen therapy, and airway clearance techniques.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manage G-J tube feedings and troubleshoot complications.
• Educate and support families on care and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with teams to implement individualized care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain patient safety.

Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Education

Valid LPN license in the state of practice
