Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• At least two years of LPN experience.
• Ability to administer medications and treatments with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to students per health policies.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with accurate documentation.
• Assess illnesses/injuries and determine appropriate care or referral.
• Provide first aid and emergency care as needed.
• Monitor students with chronic health conditions and follow care plans.
• Maintain health records, medication logs, and immunization info.
• Assist with health screenings (vision/hearing).
• Communicate with parents/guardians and school staff about health needs.
• Support students with special medical needs during the day.
• Maintain a clean, stocked clinic following infection-control procedures.
