Qualifications

• Active LPN license in West Virginia
• School nursing or pediatric experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to students per physician orders and school policies.
• Assess and monitor student health conditions.

• Communicate with parents, school admins and healthcare providers regarding health concerns.
• Support students with chronic conditions and healthcare plans.
