Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Competent in pediatric care, seizures, airway management, and medication administration.
• Ability to safely implement physician orders within LPN scope.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous observation of the student throughout the school day.
• Support chronic condition management and assist with care plans.
• Provide first aid and medication administration.
• Document care and communicate with school teams.
• Accompany student during transportation and community activities.
• Report status changes to supervising RN and family.
