Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time roles in Spanaway, WA, starting ASAP for the 2026-2027 school year. Positions include 1:1 student support or a Program/Health Room nursing role in elementary settings.

The team focuses on keeping students healthy, safe, and ready to learn within a school day framework. Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating with district procedures, and documenting care.

Formación

• Active Washington State LPN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in school-based nursing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care per student health plans and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope.
• Monitor student health needs and document timely.
• Collaborate with supervising nurse, staff, families and providers.
• Respond to health concerns and follow emergency protocols.
• For 1:1 assignments, provide consistent nursing support during school hours and on buses.
• For health room/program assignments, support daily health needs and health room services.
