Responsibilities

Key Qualifications:

• Active LPN, LVN, or CNA license (in good standing)
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or youth-focused healthcare setting is highly preferred
• Proficiency in tube feedings, flushes, and management of blowouts is essential
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare team
• Reliability and adaptability in a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily medical care and health monitoring to the assigned high school student
• Administer tube feedings and manage feeding equipment safely and according to protocol
• Perform regular flushes/blowouts as per clinical requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate any changes in student health status
• Support the overall well-being of the student, promoting a safe, respectful environment throughout the school day
• Work collaboratively with school nurses, staff, and families to ensure consistent care

Position Details & Schedule:

• Contract assignment; 32 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 7:00am 2:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch included)
• Immediate start and a welcoming environment
