Job summary

ReGenesis Health Care is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor for Mabry Middle School in Spartanburg, SC. This school-based role supports students and families within a non-profit FQHC network, combining primary and behavioral health services.

The position offers an excellent salary up to $55,000 based on experience, full-time benefits, a sign-on bonus, and quarterly incentives. Work follows the school calendar with summers off and opportunities for CEU support.

Qualifications

• Licensed in SC as LISW-CP, LMSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• LMFT/LPC associates accepted.
• Experience delivering clinical services to children and families.
• Familiar with evidence-based treatment modalities and crisis management.
• Proficient with EMRs and MS Office; able to use translation devices.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs, provide counseling, and link to services.
• Review individual service plans and follow up.
• Coordinate treatment with other agencies and programs.
• Discharge and aftercare planning; monitor progress.
• Work within the integrated health and behavioral health framework.
